The firm's headquarters is located in phase III of the Chaparral Business Center, which is located north of Chaparral Road between the Pima Freeway section of Loop 101 and Pima Road, directly east of Scottsdale. Fender is relocating from 7975 N. Hayden Rd., which is about three miles north of the Chaparral center.

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community owns the office park and has been using some of its money from a casino to develop other commercial projects on its land. Kitchell Corp. is the park's development manager and design-builder.

Tenants are attracted to the new office space on the reservations for the same reasons they lease in nearby Scottsdale. It's near major highways, relatively centrally located among all the suburbs and has plenty of amenities positioned within a few miles.
