Roel Construction Co. has completed tenant improvements on behalf of developer S.D. Malkin Properties at The Enclave, a new luxury wing of the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter at Bridgeworks.
The $3 million project at 250 Fifth Ave. totals 30,000 sf and includes 30 hotel rooms -- including 10 loft suites. The project also includes an 1,800-sf presidential suite, two meeting rooms and new office sofr sales and marketing staff. Newbort Beach-based WATG handled architectural design on the project.
Meanwhile, Evans Hotels has finished structural engineering design for the Lodge at Torrey Pines, a new $55.6 million hotel and resort the Trrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla. Completion is slated for January 2002.
