The property is in the 11400 block of Sheldon Street. The 69,582-sf building and neighboring parcel was acquired by John Chuck, founder of Entertainment Lighting Services.

Chuck says his company, which currently is based a few miles away, plans to move into the newly acquired building next year. He was represented in the transaction by Bob Hoyer of Delphi Business Properties.

Delphi's Ross Thomas, along with Grubb & Ellis broker Nigel Stout, represented the private estate that sold the building. Thomas also represented the sellers of the adjacent parcel, George and Nansee Lanning.
