South Trust Bank's six-acre site is situated at 12405 Fuqua. Randy Mason of Colliers International represented South Trust Bank in the deal. Louis Macey, Trustee was the seller.
KAL Enterprises Ltd. has taken the title to a tract near the intersection of West Road and Beltway 8 in the city's northwest submarket. Jerry Turboff of Prime Capital Corp. represented KAL. Colliers International's Michael Wallace and William J. Byrd handled negotiations for the seller, Abraham Interests LP.
