Goodnight Trails Joint Venture LP's acquisition is located at the intersection of FM 2490 and Westbourne. Michael J. Taetz and William J. Byrd, both of Colliers International, represented the buyer. Keith Grothaus of Caldwell Watson's Houston team acted on behalf of seller, Fred Caldwell Trustee.
South Trust Bank's six-acre site is situated at 12405 Fuqua. Randy Mason of Colliers International represented South Trust Bank in the deal. Louis Macey, Trustee was the seller.
KAL Enterprises Ltd. has taken the title to a tract near the intersection of West Road and Beltway 8 in the city's northwest submarket. Jerry Turboff of Prime Capital Corp. represented KAL. Colliers International's Michael Wallace and William J. Byrd handled negotiations for the seller, Abraham Interests LP.
