The tenant is a retailer of farm and ranch equipment and apparel. Dan Watson, vice president of Dallas-based Staubach Co.'s retail services division, the tenant in the lease agreement. Tractor Supply Co. has 318 stores in 28 states, including about 60 in Texas. The company targets locations in rural communities and outlying areas of large cities. Staubach's Cypress Equities developed the build-to-suit and has since sold it to an unidentified buyer.
In an unrelated deal, Bogart Golf recently leased 2,500 sf of retail space at 2372 Rice Blvd. in Houston. The location marks Bogart Golf's entry into the Houston market. Peggy Meredith of Colliers International's Houston office represented Bogart Golf. Jim Reid handled negotiations for building owner, DKGA/VSI, LP. Bogart Golf is a Bellevue, WA-based golfing supply retailer.
