Gentiva Health Services' new spot is in the Northchase Place, located at 137700 Veterans Memorial Dr. in northwest Houston. Mary Descant of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented the building owner, Northchase Investments LP. Grace Grocitto of United Integrators Corp. acted on behalf of Gentiva Health in the lease negotiations.

Descant also handled talks for two more leases, representing the building owner, Cornerstone Northchase Venture LP. Aeriform will be moving into One Northchase Park at 4201 FM 1960. Dina Gasper of Trione & Gordon ONCOR International represented Aeriform Corp. Descant was the sole broker on the Glad Music transaction. It's new office location is in Northchase Plaza, positioned at 14340 Torrey Chase. Northchase Venture LP is the building owner.
