Woodbum Discount Foods Inc. of Wilsonville, bought the holding at 10320 N. 91st Ave. from Price Realty Consulting Group of San Diego. The restaurant is positioned south of Peoria Avenue and a block from the Agua Fria Freeway section of Loop 101.
The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Broker Glen Fotre of the Portland office of Portland Commercial handled negotiations for the buyer.
The restaurant is located in the northwest Valley, an increasingly popular landing spot for residential buyers. The residential pocket provides affordable homes and ready access to transportation arteries, a feat accomplished with Loop 101's opening.
