Schotz will join a management group that includes David Simson, president; Eric Witmondt, CEO; and Adam Bacall, COO. GVA Williams of New Jersey is the result of the acquisition, last year, of Parsippany-based Associated Realty by GVA Williams.
According to company officials, Schotz's main responsibilities will include business development and expansion strategies for existing and new business service lines, including ownership and asset management services. He had earlier stints with CB Richard Ellis in New Jersey, and with the Mack Co., now part of Mack-Cali.
