Funai, which sells and markets video recorders and relatedequipment, will occupy 75,248 sf at 19900 Van Ness Ave. Therelocation will be finished by the end of this year.

The buildings that comprise ProLogis Park Torrance feature260-ft common truck courts, cross-dock loading and fiber opticcapability. The 1.1-million-sf complex stands next to the San Diego(405) Freeway.

The owner, Denver-based ProLogis, was represented by ToddTaugner of The Klabin Co.'s Torrance office, along with BrettTremaine of Lee & Associates. Funai was represented by CBRichard Ellis.
