Earthgrains Baking Companies Inc., a wholesale baking company, has signed a five-year lease for 40,040 sf at 26203 Northline Rd. in Taylor, MI. Earthgrains moved its operations from Detroit. Peter Rogers, Bob Dabrowski and Ed Wilberding of Cushman & Wakefield represented building owner DeSantis Development LLC. Earthgrains was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
The Dowler Company, a commercial contractor company, has signed a three-year lease for 10,138 sf at 2350 Burdette St. in Ferndale, MI. The transaction is valued at more than $100,000. During lease negotiations, Bob Dabrowski of Cushman & Wakefield represented The Dowler Co. as well as building ownership, Allied Associates LLC.
