The privately held Donco Associates & Sons is the buyer of the 12,233-sf building at 1410 Daly. Broker David Williams of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented the buyer and seller, private investor Bob Mosey, in the deal.
Though sales of industrial property across most parts of Orange County have stayed fairly strong, some recent reports suggest the market may be weakening. A report released last week by Cushman & Wakefield says that third-quarter vacancies in such popular industrial areas as Fullerton and Irvine Business Center have reached 11% and rates in many other areas also are approaching double-digits.
