The 34-year-old property, located at 1101-1111 Pamela Dr., is close to the Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport and airport freeway. SCM's Gary Walker is tasked with the leasing duties for the multi-tenant building.
The property is home to Curry Printing, the lead tenant at 15,971 sf or about 22.8% of the structure. Another key tenant is Modern Tektronics, which long-term leases 9,850 sf or about 14% of the structure, according to an SCM contact.
Gehan, which acquired the holding in 1983, recently wrapped up a face-lift of the structure situated in a heavy industrial area. It fronts a sports complex owned by the City of Euless.
In another assignment takeover, Jerry Reis and Jason Miller of Property Advisers Realty Inc. is handling a 23,340-sf office-warehouse situated at 1101 E. Arkansas in Arlington property. Commercial Indemnity Insurance of Boston owns the four-year-old property that was leased to a state environmental monitoring agency. Reis tells GlobeSt.com that the agency relocated to larger quarters in Ft. Worth.
