Peter J. Livaditis, principal of Trammell Crow Co., and John Fonke, portfolio manager for the Bank of America account at Trammell Crow, represented Bank of America in negotiations. Tom Tracy of United Properties, a Bloomington, MN-based commercial real estate firm, represented building ownership in the transaction.

"By restructuring its lease to one tower, Bank of America was able to realize significant economic gain while avoiding the disruption of a major relocation of its office space," Livaditis says.

Trammell Crow is a large diversified commercial real estate services company with 170 offices in the US and Canada.
