Harrington, who will be based in Staubach's Atlanta retail services office, will seek investment opportunities and provide development services for Staubach's retail clients in the greater Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states.
"Scott is well-known in this industry and has extensive experience in the retail development sector," Chris Maguire, president of Staubach Retail Services and Cypress Equities, says in a prepared statement.
"With the growth of our client base in the Atlanta area, as well as the rest of the Southeast, it is important to provide development services in those markets for our clients."
