The building is positioned near the southeast corner of the Black Canyon Freeway and Indian School Road in Phoenix. Easy Telecommunications bought the building solely for investment purposes.
The sale marks the last of three locations for Reliable Furniture, headed by Jerome N. Deutsch. The disposition started better than two years ago, but the retailer is just now winding down operations. Steve Bodeman of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented Deutsch. Debbie Nickolas of John Hall & Associates' Phoenix team handled negotiations for the buyer.
