Jim Bryant of Keller Williams Realty acted on the trust's behalf. John Ferruzo, vice president, and Jason Whittington, principal, of Houston-based NAI Partners Commercial represented the seller, Seda Felsman.

Whittington tells GlobeSt.com that the trust was looking for a site to lease after outgrowing its other Bellair location. That search turned into a sale. He says the plan is to build out 17,500 sf for the corporate offices of their various businesses, including a computer support systems operation.

Seller Seda Felsman is leasing part of the 46-year-old, semi-dock brick building, but will leave soon. Then, Whittington and Ferruzo will search for a tenant for the balance of the structure in the near southwest submarket.
