Silbert Realty & Management of Watchung, NJ has the leasing assignment for the developer, a local partnership headed by Jack Macedo. According to Silbert president Brian Silbert, "approximately one-third of the 65,400-sf building has already been leased, with remaining units divisible to 2,500 sf."
Not to be confused with Raritan Twp. in Monmouth County, or the Borough of Raritan in Somerset County, this Raritan Twp. is located just outside the Hunterdon County seat of Flemington in the western part of the state. The development site is adjacent to a new state DOT-approved Route 31 bypass.
