Copier Company Shells Out $1.7 Mil for Headquarters Site

TEMPE, AZ-A 21,600-sf office-warehouse is under new ownership in a $1.7-million deal between Dahill Imaging Systems and LGE Corp., a real estate investment company in Phoenix. Dahill will use 14,700 sf for its operations and lease the balance.

Dahill Imaging Systems will occupy 14,700 sf and lease the 6,900-sf balance of an office-warehouse building at 610 W. Alameda Dr. The buyer, an authorized dealer for Sharp digital copiers and fax systems, will use its portion for its headquarters, showroom and service center. The building is sandwiched between Southern Avenue, Broadway Road, Mill Avenue and Priest.

Handling talks for the buyer was Steve Bodeman of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. Ross Brown Partners' Phoenix team of Jim Stockwell and Mike Goldwater, represented the seller.
