Sugar Land's 12808 West Airport is a three-story, 151,471-sf office building near the intersection of West Airport and Industrial Boulevard.
Sugar Land has more than three million sf in its office inventory, according to Grubb & Ellis Co.'s second quarter report. The area has a 13.2% vacancy rate. Class A lease rates average $20.76 per sf and class B lease rates average $17.09 per sf.
