Clark Realty Builders Completes England Run

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA-In another collaboration with RST Development of Virginia Beach, VA, this construction company has completed a 120-townhome community.

Recently, the pair completed Riverside Manor, a $12-million project of 188 townhouses in Fredericksburg, VA. Including England Run and other projects under development, Clark Realty and RST have worked on six townhome complexes in Virginia and Maryland, with 900 units. Both England Run and Riverside Manor are located just off major exits of Interstate 95. England Run is a planned community that will eventually include more than 2,000 homes.
