The biggest chunk is in the 14,138-sf renewal of the Trumbull Services unit of Hartford Fire Insurance Co. The Moxie Group, part of Dunhill Staffing Services, renewed 1,029 sf. Kevin Roberts of the San Antonio office of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services represented building owner, Koll Bren Fund VI LP in the Trumbull deal and Elize Pruske and Krista Upham, also of Transwestern Commercial Services, acted for Moxie.
The Trumbull location is one of several service centers the Windsor, CT-based company operates around the country. The Dunhill office provides temporary workers for clerical, secretarial and light industrial temporary positions for the insurance and financial industries in northwest San Antonio. Corporate Square Tower is 193,148-sf building at the intersection of Loop 410 and Summit Parkway.
