Tucson investor Dan Felger owned the university apartments for six years. Mike McClain of the Tucson office of Marcus & Millichap represented Felger in the talks while Lane Schwartz of the firm's Los Angeles office acted on the buyer's behalf.

The complex is situated at the northwest corner of E. Speedway Boulevard and S. Wilmot Road. It is about five miles directly east of the University of Arizona, which has an annual enrollment of more than 40,000 students.
