A 48-unit condominium complex has sold for $3.7 million in Fallbrook, a community on the far northern end of San Diego County. Village Avocado Crest sold the Avocado Crest Condos at 868 E. Alvarado Road to a partnership represented by Hendricks & Partners. The seller, Village Avocado Crest, was represented by VPM Management.
In the second deal, Twin Palms, a 34-unit apartment complex at 12571 Laurel St., Lakeside, sold for $2.1 million. McMillin Family Trust sold the property to Pacifica Hospitality Group, was represented by Hendricks & Partners.
