The firm has signed options to take up to 30,453 sf of extra space that equates to the balance of the building. Lloyd tells GlobeSt.com that the company plans to eventually exercise the option to expand into the whole building. Lloyd says Alpha Circuits was formerly in a 16,200-sf space on Exchange Drive in the Corporate Business Park in Stafford. The electronics manufacturing service provider truly needed expansion space, he says.

Lloyd says the tilt-wall structure is a well-designed, climate-controlled office and production facility. And, he adds, it will be the firm's showcase location. The building is less than four years old. Ross Matthews with the Trammell Crow Co. represented the building owner, Prucrow Industrial Properties, in the lease negotiations.
