According to Pan Meader, a spokesperson for the company, the new space is significantly larger and will able to accommodate the company's 43 employees as well as provide for anticipated growth. Meader also tells GlobeSt.com that the company liked this area's accessibility to Route 495 and its proximity to other tech companies.
Despite the fact that the lease was signed in June--before the combined forces of the recession and the terror attacks affected the office real estate market in this area--Meader insists that the company received a "very aggressive" lease rate. She declined to disclose what the company was paying for the space.
