The 165,525-sf mall is on Loop 410 near Northcross Mall. Kenneth Pruitt of the San Antonio office of Transwestern Commercial Services, represented the landlord, Pavilions Corp.
Jason's Deli has two other locations in the city, in northwest and west San Antonio. The company, based in Beaumont, TX has restaurants in 14 states in the west and south. It has locations in 22 Texas cities and about 40 restaurants in the other states.
Transwestern Commercial Services, based in Chicago, provides investment, corporate advisory, development, research, property and facilities management, and leasing services for clients with all classes of properties. Transwestern's property sales and financings total $2.5 billion, leasing and management exceed 100 million sf and development is more than 5.3 million sf.
