Select Interiors, a Las Vegas-based home-improvement company that sells flooring products, leased 3,600 sf in an industrial building at 2901 W. Culver St. here. Select Interiors will use the space for offices and for the warehousing of inventory. The three-building, 59,000-sf industrial project is at the northwest corner of 27th Avenue and Interstate 10.
Broker Steve Bodeman of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease for Select Interiors and the building owner, AU El Wood/Richards LLC.
In an unrelated deal, Jerit Manufacturing Services has leased 2,550 sf in an office/warehouse in the Paragon Business Center at 952 E. Baseline Rd. in Mesa. The firm will use the space for design and manufacturing of electronic parts.
Brokers Sarge Glenn and Kurt Saulnier, also of DAUM's Phoenix office, represented the lessee in the transaction, while the Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG represented the lessor, Victoria Properties of Tempe.
