The buyer, Diamond Bar-based Milik & Nematalla, has paid $1 million for the property. Known as Anna Apartments, the 16-unit complex stands at 608 N. Anna.
A Sperry Van Ness brokerage team of Robert Sacks and Jennifer Esser represented both the buyer and the sellers, Mr. and Mrs. Dahl of Irvine.
The deal comes as apartment rents are on the rise throughout the county. Rents here have jumped 3% in the first nine months of the year, according to a new report by RealFacts, the Novato-based real estate research firm.
