The seller is New York-based Guardian. Tom Pierik, Larry Talyorand Dave Mudge—three brokers in the Ontario office of Lee &Associates—represented both parties in the transaction.

Though office sales here and in other parts of the Inland Empirehave recently slowed, several small and mid-size buyers in the arearemain active. The area's long-term outlook is buoyed by the factthat the region is still among California's five fastest-growingareas, brokers say.
