Sermatec Signs Lease for 67,000 SF

MURRAY HILL, NJ-The division of Teleflex, which makes products and services for a variety of industries, will use the space for both manufacturing and offices.

Binswanger/Klatskin, which exclusively represents Teleflex's real estate requirement in the US, arranged the transaction. David Knee, executive vice president in the firm's Teterboro, NJ office, and Robert Boyle, VP in the Philadelphia office, were responsible for the lease. Binswanger/Klatskin also has a regional office in Edison, NJ and is part of the Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger organization.

Altogether, Teleflex has a worldwide workforce of more than 16,000 people in over 80 operating units.
