Advantis Beefs Up Its Northern Virginia Office

MCLEAN, VA-The subsidiary of St. Joe Company has added a new senior director and an associate. The pair brings more than 30 years of experience to the firm.

Ria Buckley also joined Advantis as an associate. Buckley has 15 years of experience, and she will focus on landlord representation in Northern Virginia. Buckley came to Advantis from Winstar Communications Inc. At Winstar, she served as real estate account manager, responsible for securing license agreements to provide broadband services in commercial office buildings.

Advantis is the commercial real estate services division of St. Joe Company, which is headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla.
