Collins Systems has sold its Arlington property to a private local investor. The property was on the market for four months and carried a $350,000 asking price, Jamie White, senior associate of Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.'s Ft. Worth office, tells GlobeSt.com. Collins Systems, the lone tenant, had owned the building for about three years. White represented the seller and Charles Rigby of Remax in Arlington acted on the buyer's behalf.

At Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas, Nathan Denton has closed an 11,000-sf office-warehouse acquisition on behalf of buyer Henry Evans, owner of Advantage Printing Specialists based in Albuquerque. Art Brooks of Brooks Real Estate in Dallas handled talks for Gloria Sherman of Allen, TX, seller of 2270 Manana Dr. in Dallas. According to the Dallas Central Appraisal District, the 22-year-old building carries a 2001market value of $276,640. Evans plans to house Advantage Printing Specialists in the building.

Earlier this month, about 2 1/2 acres were sold in Forney, TX so Ted and Joan Burris of Forney can expand their self-storage business. Wayne Robinson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented seller, New Horizon Enterprises.
