Grubb & Ellis Clients Renew 37,000 SF of Leases in Virginia

HERNDON, VA-Smith Corp. renews a 22,872-sf lease at Renaissance Park at Dulles, and Oce-USA Inc. renews its lease of 14,393 sf of office space at Courthouse Plaza, located at 2300 at Clarendon Blvd. in Arlington, VA.

At the same time, Grubb & Ellis negotiated the renewal of a lease for Oce-USA Inc. at Courthouse Plaza, located at 2300 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington, VA. Oce-USA's renewal lease was for 14,393 sf. Erik McLaughlin and Eric Berlin of Grubb & Ellis represented Oce-USA in the transaction. Oce-USA, a digital technology company, is part of Oce NV's global network of companies.
