The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide, based in Woodbridge, NJ, has the leasing and management exclusive for the developer, a local group. Monmouth Executive Center IV is available for either a single user or in increments of 10,000 sf and up. Schultz has also been responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals for the building.
