Nine Lanyon Place was developed speculatively by locally-based Dunloe Ewart. It is highest-specification office building ever developed in Belfast. Last year Japanese computer manufacturer Fujitsu took 80,000 sf on a 20-year lease at a £13.50 ($19.30) per sf.
