Emissary is a contract research organization that manages and monitors clinical trials for drug makers. The company was founded in 1995. It has operations in Europe and Russia through a partnership with Monitoring Force GmbH, based in Munester, Germany.
Diana Holford and Jon Aleshire, both of the Austin office of the Staubach Co., represented Emissary and David Sheldon of Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group acted for the building owner.
Shepherd Mountain Plaza is located at 6034 W. Courtyard Dr., just off Capital of Texas Highway, in the northwest submarket. It overlooks Lake Austin.
Trilogy, which develops and sells electronic commerce software, has cut jobs and given up space as it tries to maintain profitability. The company has consolidated its operations in Plaza on the Lake II.
