MIAMI-Locally based Saglo Development Corp. pays $13.1 million for the 99,329-sf, 100%-leased neighborhood site at Southwest 152nd St. and 137th Ave.

The Miami Beach-based private investment firm, controlled by Saul Glottman, president, paid $131.88 per sf for a retail plaza that is 100% occupied with two anchor tenants, Publix Supermarket and Eckerd Drugs.

Trammell Crow Co.'s Doug Driver, senior associate; Peter Filomena, vice president; and Whitney Knoll, senior vice president, negotiated for the seller.
