The new tenant will occupy 13,694 sf in the two-story officebuilding, according to the terms of the 61-month lease. Built in1979, the 45,000-sf property is located at 3501 Harbor Blvd.

Applied Scholastics will relocate to Santa Ana from its currentfacility in Hollywood. The organization, which is based on thephilosophies of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, was founded in1972. It has more than 20 locations across the world, includingTaiwan, England, New Zealand and Russia.

Lonnie Riddle and Chad Carlberg of Grubb & Ellis' Orangeoffice spoke for Applied Scholastics. The landlord, The John R.Saunders Trust, was represented by Phil Cohen and Barry Knudson ofCB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office.
