Bristol Management LLC leased 8,640 sf in the Camelhead Business Center, an office project at 2600 N. 44th St. With the move, Bristol, which finds residential housing for corporate employees, is expanding its operation in the Valley.

The Camelhead Business Center is at the southeast corner of 44th and Oak streets. The office project is four miles east of Squaw Peak Parkway and two miles north of the Red Mountain Freeway section of Loop 202. Nearby amenities include Arcadia CrossingShopping Center and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which is roughly three miles south.

The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, with brokers Tyler Smith and Gordon Raguse, represented the building owner, Weksler 2000 LLC. Scott German of NAI Horizon's Phoenix office handled negotiations for the tenant.
