The buyer of the property at 3191 Sports Arena Blvd. was Abrosa Realty LLC. The managers of Abrosa are the Barob Group and D. Barry Simons. The general partner of Barob is Bear Realty LLC, a Delaware company.
Stig Erling Lundberg and Vieno Akveliina Lundberg sold the property as co-trustees of a trust. They took back a trust deed for $1.9 million. Representing the buyers and sellers In the transaction was Robert Criderof BD Holdings Inc.
The 27-year-old center is on 1.78 acres. It was fully occupied by five tenants at the time of sale.
