The building would have office and retail space on the firstfloor and condominiums on the top floors, with two levels ofunderground parking.

The land is located just north of the I-696 ramp for Woodward.Two properties would have to be torn down, including the vacant BigBoy restaurant that was closed a few years ago when the company washaving financial troubles.

A committee of the City Commission and the DDA will review theproject proposal at a future meeting.
