M. Vincent Gyorgy of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston represented the FAA in the renewal. Rob Evans of Capital Commercial acted for building owner, CCP-Plaza at CPN Ltd. The 18-year-old 222 Pennbright is a three-story, 97,674-sf office structure. Gyorgy tells GlobeSt.com that the FAA likes the class B building because its close to the airport.

In an unrelated transaction, Moise Ramirez Interprise Inc. has leased 4,791 sf of retail space at 8541 ½ Long Point in Houston. Gus Lagos with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis represented the building owner, Cedar Family Holdings Ltd.
