Lunor Associates Sells Garden Apartment Complex

LODI, NJ-In a transaction that was arranged by Comperatore Associates, the 52-unit garden complex has been moved into the portfolio of a local real estate group.

Vincent C. Comperatore, a principal in the brokerage firm of Comperatore Associates, based in Totowa, NJ, arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller. The buyer represented itself in the negotiations. The residential complex is located near Route 17 and I-80 in this Bergen County community in northern New Jersey.

The 52 units are made up of a combination of one- and two-bedroom units that are currently fully leased. The property is located close to several business complexes and retail centers.
