Advance Realty Group and Glenborough Realty Trust are the co-owners and developers of Advance at Bridgewater III. James Postell and David Sherman of Insignia/ESG of New Jersey were the brokers responsible for the lease transaction.
The Woodbridge, NJ-based Aztec Corp. did the build-out for eResearch, completing the space plan and design for the new offices. The space design included a large computer facility, and the space is wired for high computer capabilities to support eResearch's requirements. Aztec principal David J. Fournier and facility analyst Lori M. McEwan were responsible for the project.
