The universityplans to sink $1.5 million in repairs into the 46,000-sf facility, which was built in 1986. A six-month period has been granted toCSFU, so that it can draw up renovation plans. During this time, the university is free to withdraw from the agreement. Rent for thefirst five years of the lease will be set at $56,000 a month, witha $12,000 monthly credit given for repairs.
