Barrett & Stokely, an Indianapolis-based regional realestate management and investment firm specializing insmall-community residential real estate, purchased the portfoliopackage, totaling 572 apartment units. The buyer plans to makerequired improvements and to reposition the properties in themarket.

Dietz senior associate broker Rick L. Vidrio and associatebroker Rick Brace handled the transaction. Terms of the sale werecash to existing mortgage. All four portfolio properties arelocated in central Ohio between Columbusand Cincinnati. Theyinclude:

* Residence at Newark in Newark, sold for $5.2 million.
