Lanstar Buys Oakmont's Asset for $1.76 Mil

ATLANTA-Locally based Pye-Barker's fire and safety division will use the 33,780-sf, one-year-old property at 3800 Cobb International Blvd. as its Southeast sales and distribution center.

The Cobb County warehouse on 3.35 acres will house Pye-Barker's fire and safety division and serve as its Southeast sales and distribution center.

Mark Hawks, vice president/leasing, Oakmont Industrial Group, represented his firm in the transaction. Stan Guski of King Industrial Realty negotiated for the buyer.

Atlanta-based Oakmont invests in office/warehouse properties designed for long-term ownership and has 1.1 million sf in Cobb County.
