Navtech, a provider of digital mapping data for vehicle navigation, internet and wireless applications such as Mapquest.com, had its space at 470 W. Merchandise Mart renovated. Brian Courtney was O'Malley's project manager while John Bajek was project superintendent.

Shorenstein Realty hired O'Malley Construction to complete an 8,000-sf tenant build-out for investment banking and asset management company National Securities at its John Hancock Building at 875 N.
