Groth Corp., a subsidiary of Liberty, MO-based Continental Disc, announced its relocation plans last summer. Continental Disc manufactures and distributes pressure and vacuum relief valves. Groth specifically produces safety devices for over-pressure or vacuum protection utilized in processing and storage tanks and transmission systems. Groth's relocation resulted from a concerted negotiating effort on the part of the Greater Ft. Bend EDC and Greater Houston Partnership.

Freeport Business Center also recently landed two more tenants. PSI Group has signed a 40,000-sf lease and AVES, an audio visuals systems business, inked a 14,000-sf pact.
